A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Danielle!

I’m passionate about helping women feel more connected to their health, energy and wellbeing through every stage of womanhood. I believe that caring for ourselves doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s about slowing down, tuning in to what our bodies need and bringing a little more balance into our everyday lives.

My work brings together the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, my experience in midwifery and the practical tools of health and wellness coaching. I love sharing simple, sustainable practices that help women feel supported, build healthy habits and navigate the everyday ups and downs of life, as well as the more transformative seasons.

Danielle Kirk

My background

I bring a blend of traditional wisdom, professional training and a compassionate, practical approach to my work.

  • Ayurvedic Practitioner — Diploma of Ayurveda, Byron Ayurveda College

  • Midwife — Bachelor of Midwifery, Southern Cross University (2021)

  • Health & Wellness Coach — Certified through Australian Health and Wellness Coaching

Having worked as a midwife, I understand how much support, care and understanding can matter during significant life transitions. Today, I bring that same appreciation for individual needs into my wellness practice.

What matters to me

I’m here to help make wellbeing feel more accessible and achievable, with practices that fit into real life.

Whether you’re looking to support your energy, establish healthier routines, reconnect with yourself or navigate a new season of womanhood, my aim is to offer a welcoming space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to take an active role in your wellbeing.

I believe ancient wisdom can have a meaningful place in modern life, and that small, consistent changes can make a real difference over time.

My approach is simple: ancient wisdom, practical guidance and compassionate support — to help you feel your best, in every season of life.
