Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. As a small, independent wellness practice, treatment space is arranged specifically for each booking, and late cancellations or missed appointments may result in costs that cannot be recovered.

To ensure fairness to both clients and the practice, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment price will apply.

• Less than 12 hours’ notice or failure to attend: The full treatment fee will be payable.

Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with the cancellation terms above and any applicable consumer protection laws. Any eligible refund will be returned using the original payment method where practicable.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with compassion and discretion.
