Drawing on your individual constitution and present circumstances, I offer personalised Ayurvedic guidance to gently bring greater balance, vitality and ease into your life. This may include recommendations around food, daily and seasonal routines, self-care practices, herbs and other supportive lifestyle rituals.
You leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical, beautifully simple ways to nurture your wellbeing — creating a way of living that feels nourishing, grounded and sustainable.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I kindly ask that you consider your availability carefully before making a booking.
As a small independent practice, treatment space is hired specifically for your appointment, and late cancellations or missed appointments result in costs that cannot always be recovered.
To ensure the sustainability of my practice, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 24 hours’ notice: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price applies.
Less than 12 hours’ notice or failure to attend: The full treatment fee applies.
I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and genuine emergencies will always be considered with compassion.
