Sink into stillness with this deeply nurturing Ayurvedic head, neck and shoulder massage. Warm, aromatic black sesame and specially selected medicated oils are slowly and lovingly massaged into the scalp, head, neck and shoulders, inviting the body to soften and the mind to quieten.
Your oils are chosen according to your individual requirements, creating a treatment that feels deeply restorative.
As warm oil is massaged through the hair and gentle hands work away tension, you are invited to let go completely — melting into a state of deep relaxation, warmth and calm.
A beautiful ritual of nourishment and stillness for the senses, leaving you feeling grounded and peaceful.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I kindly ask that you consider your availability carefully before making a booking.
As a small independent practice, treatment space is hired specifically for your appointment, and late cancellations or missed appointments result in costs that cannot always be recovered.

More than 24 hours’ notice: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price applies.
Less than 12 hours’ notice or failure to attend: The full treatment fee applies.
I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and genuine emergencies will always be considered with compassion.
Thank you for respecting my time and supporting a small, independent wellness practice.
